Authorisation status

1.1 Grüebler Investment Management Ltd. (the ‘Company’) is a financial services provider within the meaning of the Financial Services Act (FinSA) with registered office at Tuggenerstrasse 8, 8008 Zurich.

Ombudsman's office

In accordance with Art. 74 ff. FinSA, the company is affiliated with the ombudsman's office OFS OMBUD FINANZEN SCHWEIZ, 16 Boulevard des Tranchées, 1206 Geneva. In the event of disputes with the company, private clients within the meaning of Art. 4 para. 2 FinSA and professional clients within the meaning of Art. 5 para. 1 FinSA may initiate mediation proceedings through the ombudsman's office.

Management

With Mr Philipp Grüebler, the company has a sole qualified managing director within the meaning of Art. 20 para. 2 FinIA. In the event that the sole managing director is no longer available, a liquidator will be appointed to inform the clients and terminate the mandates.

Business activities of the company

4.1 The company carries out discretionary asset management within the meaning of Art. 3 lit. c para. 3 FinSA on a commercial basis.

4.2 The company provides its financial services on the basis of written contracts concluded with the clients,which contain all information on the nature, functioning, rights and obligations of the parties and the risks of the financial service provided.

Risks in relation to financial services

The risks associated with the financial services provided are explained to customers before the contract is concluded. Customers are requested to carefully read the information provided, in particular the brochure ‘Risks in Trading Financial Instruments’ published by the Swiss Bankers Association (https://www.swissbanking.ch/de/downloads), and to contact the company if they have any questions.

Cost information

Costs and fees are incurred in connection with the services provided by the Company. These are disclosed to customers before the contract is concluded and are set out in detail in the contracts.

Participation in and economic ties to third parties

The company has no economic ties to third parties that could lead to a conflict of interest with customers in connection with the provision of financial services.

Market offer taken into account

The company only considers financial instruments from third parties when providing

financial services.

Handling of conflicts of interest

The company takes the necessary precautions to avoid conflicts of interest between itself or its employees and its clients and to protect clients from disadvantages. If a conflict of interest cannot be avoided, it will be disclosed to the client.
